I am a specialist relationship therapist, clinical sexologist and counsellor, dedicated to assisting individuals and couples in navigating challenges impacting relationships, self-esteem, confidence, and sexual well-being. Sexual and relational issues are incredibly common experiences for many people, despite often carrying a significant emotional weight.
